* keep pointer to parasite_ctl in dmp_info to simplify pre_dump_finish
and make pre_dump and dump interfaces the same
* pass boolean rather than pp_ret pointer to parasite_dump_pages_seized to
distinguish delayed and immediate dump more explicitly
